After upgrade V8 to V9, mobile menus not working. was created by p38

Hi, I renewed pro version, and upgraded from V8 to V9.

Now when running on mobile, the menus do not appear when I click the hamburger icon. It changes to a cross, but no menus drop down as it used to in old version. I don't see any javascript errors.

Where do I look to fix this?

Previously I purchased the mobile plugin, but on renewing to V9, I was told there is no separate plugin. Is this perhaps the problem?

regards

Paul

Hi
Please give me the url of the page to check
what you must check also is that the "maximenu mobile" plugin is no more supported and has been replaced with "Mobile Menu CK"
you can find many informations here

Thank you. it is dev.myglidingclub.co.za/

It is a joomla 3 site, not J4.

regarding the plugin, are you saying the plugin I purchased does not work anymore? I was told by you when I renewed my subs it was all included so it did not need the plugin?

everything is included, for example the virtuemart addon, hikashop, flexicontent ... all the maximenu features
but the mobile menu is a separate product. Mobile Menu CK is made for the mobile menus and replace the previous existing ones (maximenu mobile, accordon mobile ) and it also work with a standard menu

so if you want an advanced mobile menu (Maximenu CK has a simple responsive feature that works too), you will need Mobile Menu CK

Please contact me by email with your username so that I can check your membership and check that with you
