Logo Options -> Logo Link.... can't figure out what to use

Hello!
I want the logo in my Maximenu to be my "home" button.

But, I'm not sure what to put in the Logo Link box when I'm working on my localhost to then have it resolve once I upload the site.

What should I put here? I don't want to just put the actual link (after uploading) because when I move my site to its permanent server, it won't work. I'll have to enter it manually.

this shall link to your homepage

My homepage is austinreptileservice.net/joomla/index.php/en-us/
Using the "/" in Maximenu logo takes me to austinreptileservice.net
So this doesn't work for me.

"index.php/en-us/" works in other areas of Joomla but not in MaxiMenu.
Any other ideas?

may be that you have not correctly setup the "live_site" variable in your configuration file ?
honestly, just to update this link, you are having a hard work
why not simply leaving the link empty and then add it when your website is live ?
anyway, using "/" will point to the correct url when it will be online, this is not a big problem for now on your test webstie
