My menu is 20 pixels apart from the previous item. (The gray background is for clarity only). Now when I add a description to a menu item, the other entries slide down. In addition, there is a small space below the entry with the description.

I didn't manage to align the menu items above flush and make them the same height. Playing around with all kinds of padding and margin didn't help.
Ultimately, I helped myself with the following CSS code:

Isn't there a better way?

Tested with Firefox. Chrome and Edge - seems to work correctly.
I just wondered if there was a way to do this via settings.

there is no setting for that, this is a css problem
