2- if i select Module compatibility V9 ( shopping page not loaded )
3- if i select Module compatibility V8 Legacy ( Shoping Page Loaded and Menu Work Like before )

ok, please switch to another template (protostar for example), to see if the menu is working : you can publish it in position-1
the error that you quoted comes from the template, but I wonder why it happens when you switch on the V9

is your joomla up to date ?

if you think this template ( Ultima-star ) have any problem with you plugins or so just tell me i can find another one template
