Is it possible to make a parent-item fully clickable

Hi,

I have a question. Is it possible to make a parent-item on mobile fully clickable instead of just the + sign (im my case the down arrow)

If this has to be hardcoded, in which file has to be changed?

you can use this custom css code (you can put it in the styling interface >> custom css)

Code:

    background: none !important;
    width: 100% !important;
    text-align: right;
