(solved) error in local host was created by tataye

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required 'C:\Program Files\Ampps\www\dirisi\administrator/components/com_maximenuck/helpers/defines.php' (include_path='.;C:\php\pear') in C:\Program Files\Ampps\www\dirisi\modules\mod_maximenuck\mod_maximenuck.php on line 8

I use Ampps
either php 5.6 or 7.3 does not work
any idea ?
