Full width menu bar

Hi, the menu bar on my site is only in the middle half of the screen with grey bars on each side.
I am trying to make the menu bar full width like on this website.
Can anyone point me in the right direction please?

Strange that, it works here, ive attached an image of the issue instead, you should be able to see what I mean from it.

I can access the website now
the gray bar is coming from your template
you can try to use the option >> effects >> position >> top fixed, this will make the menu sticky and fullwidth
