mobile menu not appearing using plugin mobile

Was this resolved ? This is happening for me as well. Left hand menu, enabled the mobile plugin and my content disappears in mobile.

then go in the maximenu module >> advanced options >> menu suffix , add " maximenuck"

I don't see how it is possible to assign a hamburger menu to the menu in Template Creator CK because it is in the "left hand" module position/vertical menu. I have done this with other module positions/horizontal menus - so I know what you are talking about - I just don't see an option to do it with this type.
