How to display icon and menu tile on single line?
How to display on same font?

if you do that you are trying to set an icon on the <li> tag. This is not correct even if you can see an icon there
Maximenu Params allows you to easily set an icon for each menu item, go in the module options >> Menu manager button>> you can see your menu >> click on the icon button to select the icon for the item
