Menu wiggled

When you click any menupoint the Menu wiggled.

go in the module >> advanced options >> activate data-hover >> set it to NO and tell me if it works

Is ist possible that the effect comes from jch optimize ( www.jch-optimize.net )?
I use this Plugin.

you can try to disable it and clear the cache
by my side I have never this bad effect before ...

I use Joomla 3.9.11 PHP 7.1

I have no optimation plugin actice, cache and gzip is deactivated

i have set activate data-hover "off"

what I see is the difference between your pages : with or without the vertical scrollbar => this makes your page wider and you think that it moves
nothing to do with the menu, only the content height of your page
