Update from v.8.2.12 to v.8.2.15 - not working!

Hi,
Two days ago i renewed my purchached extension (CK params and CK mobile). My license code i put into my website. That's working fine. But my problem is, i can't update the free modul maximenuck CK v.8.2.12 to the final v.8.2.15.
After the installation i got two error notices:
- Warning: Copy file failed
- Error: Error during the modul installation
What's happend? Where can i find a solution?

Hi
are you using the extensions manager to update the module ? please try to download it and install it manually, let me know if this works. The problem could be a rights issue on your website, not sure for now
