CK mobile menu not showing drop down menu

Hi,

I want to ask why the CK mobile menu is not showing the drop down menu at all.

Attached is the snapshot showing one website is showing drop down menu and the other did not.

Please advise.

it seems that you have a misconfiguration in your website because it search for the image on another domain :
test.drclementlo.com/plugins/system/maxi...type/icon_launch.png

check the image url in the maximenu mobile plugin, and if this url is relative to your current website and you must check your config and the "live_site" variable

"background image", your url is relative. This means that your base url configured in your website in not correct
