Hikashop submenus pointing to the wrong pages.

This is very strange since all the categories were created from the Hikashop tree using CK Menu but it seems all the issues are in the apparel level 2 sub categories.

Example 1:
CK Menu: Apparel > Dog Shirts > Plain.
Hikshop Breadcrumb: Home > Pet Supplies > Apparel > Dog Hoodies > Plain[/li]

Example 2:
CK Menu: Apparel > Dog Shirts > Screen Print.
Hikshop Breadcrumb: Home > Pet Supplies > Collars, Harnesses & Leash > Harnesses > Screen Print

There are more example but I think you get the idea.

in the maximenu module >> hikashop optoins, you will find a root category option. This is the base that is used for your products path. Check that option

That was already set but by looking into this I found out why the CK menu was not showing SEF URLs. It is due to the option in the red circle in my attachment. If I set that to Hikashop then SEF works but by doing that I loose my other non Hikashop menus items...

Any idea how to get SEF to work and also show non hikashop menu items? Also, the same issues remain as stated in the beginning of this post.

ok, you must understand :
1/ enable hikashop in third party :
Maximenu CK will automatically load the categories from hikashop according to the options that are in this tab

2/ disable third party
Maximenu CK will show a normal menu according to the menu that you have set in the 1st tab and your menu structure. In this case, maximenu does not manage the SEF, it reacts like a native menu (you can test with a native mod_menu module to check that you have the same behavior)
