Add non clickable to level menu item

Hello,

I have Maximenu, params and mobile menu installed on a website that I am working on. I need a top level item that will hover and preferably have the arrow down but not to be a clickable times as linked to a page. I have attached an example of the menu. As you can see there is no hover effect and when you select one of the sub-levels it does not show that it belongs under 'treatment'. Also, it does not look like there is a styling option for the 'menu heading'.

Do you know how i can achieve the above?

for this you must use a "text separator" item type instead of the "heading" type

Hi is there a way to style "text separator" as a "class"?

At the moment, I have to style every instance of a separator which is a lot of work...

in each menu item you can add a css class if you want to use one css class to them
or use the existing classes like ".separator"
