why menu was issue on small devices.?

this is because on small screen you have your menu on 2 lines, and then you hover the other items
the behavior is that if you hover another item it closes the submenu automatically

Is there any workaround to this issue?

increase the responsive resolution to switch to the hamburger icon sooner, remove your logo from the menu, to give it more place, reduce the margin between items ....
