Creating a rows inside of a row

I created a 3 column row and inside of one of the column I need 2 columns. Is this possible to do?

you must create your menu structure like this
- menu bar
- - column2
- - - header
- - - - column 1
- - - - column 2

on the header item, you shall use the "nodropdown" css class like explained here

this way the submenu with col1 + col2 will be flat
