Is Maximenu CK 3.8 compatible?

I have two websites:
www.somersetcounty-me.org (3.7 - working)
somerset.webxcentrics.com (copy of above with 3.8 applied - menu is gone)

Looks like a template problem with shape5 vertex. 4.1

by my side the left column shows the maximenu module. What is exactly the problem ?

somersetcounty-me.org shows a menu at the top of the screen.
somerset.webxcentrics.com does not.

I updated the shape5 template to vertex 4.2 (latest) but it's still not working. Not sure what else it could be.

I updated the template again and this time it worked. Go figure!
