Hikashop Mega menu not splitting into columns

Hi,

Whatever options I select I can not get the site to display multi columns. Please see screen shot of current selects.

I have just downloaded the latest versions - so I am using the latest.

Any help would be appreciated.

have you set a width of 220px for the "products" submenu ? ...
then you can not have the columns as the submenu width is too small
please remove this setting (top of your screenshot) and tell me
