Hello Ced,

You're right, I was wrong. I didn't switch on the mootools effect in the menu.
Thank you for your help!
One last question, how do I disable the sliding effect? I want to keep the delay that you created for me, but I want the menu to open like the css menu does, not with the graceful slide like mootools.

Thanks again!

Hello Ced,

Thank you, it now works brilliantly!

The menu has a short delay, and then opens-all-at-once.

One final question, when the menus open, the effect of the mootools is still visible, it's just extremely quick. It's like in a fraction of a second you can see a few stages of the sliding menu. Is there anyway to make this more seamless?

Thank you for your help!

you could do it like in css by using setStyle instead of animation in the script, but this is a specific dev. I will not do it myself as I dohn't need this.

But I think I will implemented the opening delay in a next release of maximenu
