Posted 6 years 9 months ago #43926Yes they have both been updated to 3.7.3do you have the same Hikashop version on both websites ?
The category is set to 'Products Root category'. I have tried other categories as well.PS : also check the options in the module to be sure that you have selected a category to load
I have also run the 'Check Database' within HikaShop just in case!

Sorry - Yes they are both running Hikashop 3.1.1
I had set up the first site on my staging server to test the menu before applying the changes to the live site. Having got the menu working OK I tried to apply the changes to the live site last night but ran into the problem. So I have made a copy of the live site and this is what I am currently working on before going back to the live site.
regards
Trevor

I think I have got it working. I deleted some older modules that were unpublished and the menu started working! Perhaps one of them was causing some javascript issues. All I have to do is try and remember what I did and do the same on the live site.
Thanks for you assistance.
