I have installed MaxiMenuCK 8.2.3, MaxiMenuCK Params Admin 4.1.2, MaximenuCK Params Package 4.1.2, System MaxiMenuCK Mobile 2.0.17, and System MaxiMenuCK params 4.1.0.

I have spent days trying to get my development site dev.fearringtonfha.org to work without errors, and to get all my Joomla extensions up-to-date.

I am still getting an error message "ReferenceError: JCaption is not defined" in the following code from this page:

It seems as though this code has some redundancy, and also seems to contain the statement "new JCaption(...." that is throwing the error.

As far as you can tell is this a setup error on my part, or what?

this is probably a cache problem. Try to disable and clear it and see if you still have the errors

Have cleared browser cache (Firefox, Ctrl-F5) repeatedly. Doesn't help. No server caching enabled.

you can also see that the function "
function fetchMoreLatestEvents(modid, direction)" is also repeated multiple times

I was talking about the joomla cache in your website config. Please check
