Problem with Maximenu_CK Params

Installed mod_maximenu_ck_4.32_j15.zip and plg_maximenu_CK_params_1.1_J15.zip. The Params plugin said that version 4.9 of the menu was needed but the latest available is 4.32. In menu Item Maximenu_CK params shows up but has no settings. What can I do?
