Horizontal Menue does not work

Hi forum, perhaps you can help me. I used Maximenue the second time and now I have a Problem. First time all I wanted worked. Menu was horizontal and looked good. Second time with another Website and really the same parameters the Menue is vertical and the Submenue looks like the Mainmenue. I looked at every Parameter but is is really the same. Can somebody help me please? I use the newest version of joomla and Helix3 as Framework in both times.

this is because your server returns a 500 internal error on the second website for the theme file
mod_maximenuck/themes/css3megamenu/css/maximenuck.php

edit the module options >> styles options >> use compile css : YES
this will use a css file instead, let me know if this fixes your issue
