I realize this issue has been asked several times but I am a bit confused how this happens on a test site that only has two extensions installed - Maximenu and Breezing Commerce. The error message is:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 196608 bytes) in /home/alpha/public_html/modules/mod_maximenuck/helper.php on line 695

Any suggestions for fixing this?

Hi
this is not really a problem in maximenu, but that your server has not enouth memory to manage all the tasks to render the page

is the message exactly the same on each page load ? do you have a lot of items in the menu ?

Yes the message is exactly the same for each page load. No, the menu has only three items.

I will check with my hosting service.

try to disable your menu items, and create a single one that is linked to an article and tell me

It turns out this was an issue with the amount of memory allocated for PHP. Once I went into WHM and raised the memory_limit to 64MB the problem was resolved.
