All Menubuttons to have the same width

Hi there I'm new with this menu and I'm fighting with it to habe all menu items (Menulink-Buttons) to have the same width, even though the text is rather short.

Presently the items will expand, depending on the text lenght, which makes it to look odd for my purpose.

Do you have a tipp for me, or some instruction, how to solve it?

you can set a width in CSS to force them to be fixed
You can do that in the menu theme, or in the template
