received, I have answered by email, your server blocks the ajax requests with a 403 forbidden error

I looked at the log file and also see the error. How/where would I correct this. I have looked through all the host settings and don't see any reference to Ajax where I can make a change. Any advice you can give is appreciated.

this is something in your security rules
do you have something installed like Admintools, RSfirewall, or AEsecure ? those system are for security and can block some requests

the message is clear : "Server Error 403 - Forbidden: Access is denied."
I don't know how your server is set up and which rules are in place, you shall ask your host provider to help you
