What is the best way to control the width of a mobile menu that is set to a slide Display Effects? My menu names are short and I want the slider width to be less.

since the version 2.0.14 you can set the menu width in the mobile options

Well that is interesting. Did not know about the update. Is the Maximenu CK module designed to indicate there is an update in Joomla?

the update here is for the plugin maximenu mobile and yes joomla should have told you
check in the update manager if it blocks the update for it
