Problem with Submenu

Thank you for my previous query. It worked, However I am facing series of problem again.
Firstly the submenu are not clickable in any browser. ( charm3.fakharkhalid.com/en/over/partners

secondly
there is problem with IE 7 in other pages.

How to solve that.

I don't have problems with the submenus click function

i can't click on the 3rd level menu. they r hidden behind the images and even z-index is not working.

z_index must be used with position relative. You must change your template css to render correctly the layers

Thanks but still the same.
when I changed the z-index of css then i can't clik on submenu.
when i remove then it will not work in ie7
