Easiest way to get a 10pixel wide border/backgroud

Im going to buy the plugin very soon, so i looking for a solution how i can setup a background with a 10 pixel wide border or "border" around the menu.

you can set your own css in the maximenuH_CK.php file in the theme of the module.

I added this to the css, horizontal moo css for a border.
