Menu does not render properly

i have installed the menu version 8.1.4, with parameters plugin version 4.0.7 and mobile plugin 2.0.12

all on a site with
j3.4

i get this rendering and i had to go back to version 7 as also version 8.0.20 give me same error

can you help me ?

Answered by email, the problem is that your server blocks the theme file
using the new option "compile css" on YES fixed the situation
