Hi,

We have downloaded the following file: pkg_maximenuckparams_4.1.0_UNZIPFIRST.zip

We unzipped the file and found the following file: pkg_maximenuckparams_4.1.0.zip

I have tried to install this file in Joomla 3.5 with no success.

So I opened pkg_maximenuckparams_4.1.0 and found a plugin file which did install. maximenuckparams_4.1.0.zip

However, Joomla is still telling me that the MaximenuCK params component still needs to be updated. I tried installing this file: com_maximenuck_4.1.0.zip but that won't install.

I need some help. :D thanks,

Mark

ok, this is then a problem on your server
you can try to use the "install from a folder" method by pointing the folder which contains the .xml file after unzipping the pkg

So after many attempts to install the 4.1.0 package update, I finally succeeded. Taking a hint from an error message about not being able to create an install directory in the tmp directory, I cleaned out the tmp directory and everything went smoothly from there.

Thanks,

Mark
