I looked all over for the answer, seems like it is but search turned up noting saying it was. Have a site to move over if it is.

yes Maximenu, Slideshow, Page Builder, Template Creator are compatible joomla 3.5 and PHP7
I have also updated the Image Effect editor button, the Mediabox CK

If you find any problem you can report it here but it shall work
