Megamu with columns based on Virtuemart categories

I have installed a Maximenu CK created by Virtuemart categories here :  www.golfclinic.it/
Is it possible to create columns with categories like this :  www.gardenup.it/giardinaggio-giardino   ? With this layout :  easycaptures.com/fs/uploaded/1826/1904604492.jpg
Eventually can I pay you for the customization ?
