How to get a Read More in page builder

In Page Builder, when I use the Single image element, I want to insert a "Read Me" Button, how do you do that? it says there is already one there and you cannot have more than one, but I cannot see how to even get one. please advise

Sorry it should be Read More and the plug in is enabled

to use the readmore you must use the addon in the left panel and insert it between 2 rows
you must NOT use the editor button, else you layout will be broken

there is nothing to edit on a readmore ... this is only a separator to make a blog layout

Sorry I am confused now, I was of the understanding that a Read More button would direct you with a link to another page, also there is the need for to edit the buttons CSS?
