Is there a link back in Maximenu CK?

When running an audit for domains and cookies on my website, I found the www.joomlack.fr domain in the list as can be seen with the attached image.
I am interested in why this backlink is included in the software and what data is being provided to Joomlack.

I don't put any backlink in my products
I have checked your page and it seems that this is related to the header from the css file of the mobile menu

/* Mobile Menu CK - www.joomlack.fr */
/* Automatic styles */

but this is not a link added in your website, this is a copyright in the css code
