File / Download plugin for PageBuilder was created by Timfreak

It would be nice to have a download plugin for pagebuilder ck. A block where you just drag and drop upload a file (just like in the single image block) and in the frontend the file is displayed for download with icon and filesize.

What do you think?

now I'm releasing it, and I will get more time
