Page Builder: stack layers

In my opinion, it would be very useful to be able to stack levels.
Each level should have its own animations and effects.
For example, an image might be immediately visible, after three seconds a layer with a semi-transparent image should appear, and after another three seconds another layer appears with a button that has a link.
Is it possible?

I can't point out one specific Joomla! extension, because I'm in love with JoomlaCK and I'm not a traitor .
But some time ago some workmates showed me two or three extensions that do the jobs.
One of these is Layer Slideshow: you can view the demo here .
You can find more extensions googling extensions joomla layers.
The stacked levels allow effective and very attractive effects, so I hope you can implement this feature soon: I know that you have nothing to do so far...

In my opinion, the slideshow is too restricted a feature.
Each kind of widget should allow layers: single images, maps, animated numbers and so on.
So you should consider this feature on a higher level: how to allow stacked layers on whatever in Page Builder.
More difficult. But...
I don't think anyone has done it yet!
For example: could I have animated numbers on the main level and a button with link on the upper layer?
