I can not uninstall. But I could just remove that directory and try to reinstall?

I think I also have a problem with the language.

I see entries for english and french but not for Dutch? Or is that not a problem. I reinstalled and it has some eroor that it was already in the English ... .ini. Right now, I made the plugin public but I can't see the effect.
