Put all of your ideas together, then design a website a bit like Joomla Garden so I can build a website through this and you can expand it as you wish. Pay one fee to Register as an Amateur or another as a Professional. I know it would be different to Joomla Garden because you have different ideas. Others could also co-operate for 'credits' or just because they want to. Either that or go to open source and ask for donations. Not sure how well this works but, I would pay.
