Module banner too low

I have just installed Beautiful CK into my Joomla template (Yootheme) and placed it in the Top B position, connecting with a Joomla Articles Category module. However, the banner is not high enough in the module box and changing the padding in the settings doesn't fix it. Perhaps it is clashing with the settings in the template - I'm not sure.

you must add some padding and give a negative value for the top position
