Admin - Issue with Margins and Padding

Having a small issue in the back end, using the Default Template, under Margins and Padding it is also "confused" in Chrome but not as badly.

please try to desinstall and reinstall the module.
do you have another admin extension installed like adv module manager or else ?

This is the only module of it's type. I'll try the uninstall reinstall, will I have to recreate the existing modules if I do? :S
