The problem is that I get two modules displayed instead of one...The original one and the Beautiful ck module......Tell me how to get rid of this..........

already explained in the forum, and described in the module documentation
you must publish the native module (that you want to show inside beautifulck) in a fictive position (that does not exists in the template)
