Problems with JavaScript content

:S I have had success when using the Beautiful CK module for modules that contain basic HTML. But when I try using it for more advanced modules that contain e.g. JavaScript, then the module becomes completely empty - any ideas? At tranebaerkaeret.dk/messing you can see the content difference for a core module and the same module that is beautified.

Ok. I think I fixed myself!

I had to publish the original module on all pages. To avoid that it is displayed twice then, I had to publish the original module to a non existing position. Is this the way to do it?
