link slide show to flickr

How do you link the slide show to flickr.

There are no real instructions within your documentation pdf that I purchased.

I would like to be able to link the slide show to albums and groups and it is unclear on how to do it.

FYI I do have the "plugin Slideshow params" which is apparently required to do this.

you are right, I need to give more informations on this

1/ you need an API key for your flickr account which you can get here
www.flickr.com/services/apps/create/apply

2/ in your flickr account when you browse your album you have an url like this
www.flickr.com/photos/userid/albums/123456789

the code 123456789 is the album number that you must enter in the module option "photoset ID"

Got the api key (3 different ones in my experiments)

got the Photoset ID. However, it does not work. Which I find very disappointing.

I've been able to do a slide show from a folder on the server but connecting to flickr album has proven very difficult. Are there any tidbits that I might be missing to get this to work correctly?

in my search for answers to what I'm doing wrong I came across Flickr Authentication API at the link below:

www.flickr.com/services/api/auth.spec.html

I have no idea if this is what the problem is.

However, maybe you have some other info you can forward to me.
