Different percentage height for mobile

How would I set a different percentage height on mobile?

I am trying to override certain containers via a media query, but the image is not adjusting to the larger container.

The images are far too short when scaled all the way down to mobile width.

For example, my height is set to 30%, but on mobile I would want it more like 60%.

this is not possible ...
The only way to do that in my mind is to have 2 modules, one for desktop and one for the mobiles
