Problem after updating - SqueezeBox is not defined

CKSlideshow was working great then I applied the update today along with JCE's editor update and this error appeared and broke the slideshow. Tried CK Slideshow and it doesn't work either.

I am guessing its a JS conflict that has suddenly appeared but I no guru on JS (or much else) so I'm seeking professional help here to find and fix the issue.
