Slideshow not reducing size for phones and tablets

I am using joomla 3. My slide is set to auto height with 42% width. However, it is not resizing for smaller devices.

I also tested the default slide and it also was not changing in size. I have all things set to bootstrap.

I already have the width auto and height 44% and it has not been scaling down.

I have checked your website and now it scales.

I got it to scale but here is the issue:

I am using the ck template creator along with the ck slide. I want the slide to be wider then the main page. If I set a perimeter it then locks it in place and does not resize or scale.

To have it scale now, I have no perimeter set on the slide in the template and on the actual CK slide I have it set to auto width and 44% height.

How can I have the slide be wider like 1100px while the main part of page be 960 and still scale?

if you want to have a full width slideshow, you can create a new wrapper bloc in the template and place a module bloc in it
then in the wrapper css >> full width >> yes
