Help with error

I was updating my joomla site adding pictures to my slideshow and I notice this error message over the slide show how can I get rid of it?

It says:

which version of joomla and which version of the module are you using ? please check that the module is up to date

Im using Joomla Version 3.4.1. and the Slideshow version is 1.4.6

the current version of the module is 1.4.13, please update and tell me
