Problems image resize

I have a problem with image resizing
I selected "Adjust the images", but my images are not displayed complete, are cut.
What size should I use? if I select "Adjust the images" NO, the images are too small even with high pixels

you must the module height in % according to the image ratio (height/width*100)
And all images should have the same dimensions to display correctly
