CK Slideshow dont show correctly the products

Hi! Sorry for my english but im spanish and i do what i can.

I bought the ck hikashop module for showing the articles of diferents categorys of product in the slider. Here you can see how they show the images and the text of the product.

Why? How can i repair it?

It seems like the module load the image two times and in diferents positions. In adition if i see the slider in mobile one of the two images its not responsive.
Its this normal? Helpp!! Thanks for your time!

what I see is that you have added an image at the beginning of the product description, this is the image that you see because it is loaded in the description. You should have a text before, or set to not load the description for the slideshow
